SUFC Memorial Cup

The Memorial Match between SUFC and SBFC was successful held on Monday, 29th December 2008, at the Sekolah Rendah Muda Hashim football pitch, Tutong. It was also a debut match for SUFC. Refereeing the match was a certified referee, Md.Azman bin Hj.Md.Jali.

The result of the match, was of course in the favour of SBFC - a very strong team, excellent stamina, fast and the players has skills. SUFC has a few chances, and the best was a penalty kick. Their Captain, Zulw, took the kick, aimed squarely into the goal, alas the SBFC's goalie did a brilliant save.

6-0 was the final score, with Md.Izzat Izzuddin scoring a hat-trick.

Interviewed after the match were SUFC's Captain, Zulw, and he said, "Ngalehku eh..". Whilst Izzat said, "Saya merasa bangga."

Nini Babu and Nini Gadong...Nini Babu won a medal for being the "Best Supporter" of the match. She was shouting for us, "lusir!! naik!! naik!! laju!! laju!!"..her voice could be heard from the pitch too!!

Thanks to Usu Ading too...who also "camcordered" the match.

During half-time, Babu Ayang and Co., organised a game for our younger cousins. It was the ping-pong ball game where the teams had to run and fill a basket with as many ping-pong balls a quickly as possible. Babu also did the rolling tyre game, eating game and others after the match. It was fun to them enjoying the games.

The next match between the two teams, and possibly with other teams, will be organised soon..and will hopefully be held in the Bandar area, so watch this space.
